SoFu has an outing

SoFu (Social Futures) is the largest research centre at the Institute of Mental Health in Nottingham. The Institute of Mental Health is a body formed by Nottingham University and Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, which is also responsible for national delivery of the Department of Health's Personality Disorder Knowledge and Understanding Framework (KUF), in partnership with Emergence, the Tavistock-Portman NNHS Trust and the Open University.

SoFu has a monthly committee meeting, chaired by Professor Paul Crawford - and as we are the furthest flung 'Integrated Research Group' (IRG), they decided to have a special day out to the yurt to hold it in.

It was far from a normal session, though - and included some gentle yoga and all sorts of interesting revelations, as well as the organic lunch and the authentic Iver experience...

Here's a quick clip of those who came...

The event was only marred by dreadful state of the M1 on the day: all in a minibus - an hour longer to arrive, and a four hour journey back home afterwards. I don't think even the jolly sing-song was quite enough to compensate.
